Normally we offer one day mindfulness retreats throughout the Scottish Borders. Currently, due to social distancing safeguards during the Coronavirus pandemic, these popular mindfulness day retreats are delivered online. These one day events allow you time to focus and deepen your mindfulness and compassion practice.
A Mindfulness Practice Day Retreat allows participants time to focusand consolidate, enhance, or re-invigorate their experience of mindfulness and so develop a sustainable personal practice with the purpose of applying this in everyday life.
Our Mindfulness Practice Day Retreats teach you about the practices needed to help you deal with difficult emotions and stress. They give you the time to relax and unwind from the stresses of normal life, finding yourself and developing your mind.
Each Mindfulness Practice Day Retreat normally runs from 10 am until 5 pm with breaks for tea and lunch. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and at some venues lunch is included.
This is a day for you to just 'be' you. With nowhere to go, and nothing to do, just to be there, for yourself.
