That's why we've created this online course, so that no matter where you are, no matter what else is going on, you can take a pause, take a little time out, and learn to practice mindfulness for the benefit of your well-being.
Our 8-week Online Mindfulness Course follows the popular 'Mindfulness Based Living Course' curriculum as developed by the UK Mindfulness Association.
The weekly Online course sessions are suitable for anyone over 18 years of age who is looking to learn mindfulness, and who wishes to spend a little time out of their busy week opening up their awareness to the here and now. You will be guided compassionately during each weekly online session by an experienced Mindfulness Association approved tutor.
Once you register for a course, we'll drop you an email prior to the first online class commencing with all the details of how to join each weekly online class session. We will even give you guidance on the phone, ensuring that a proficiency in computer skills is not needed to join the weekly online course sessions. You can participate in our Online Mindfulness Course sessions along with our experienced Mindfulness tutors on your phone, tablet or computer. You decide.
