Online 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course - Starting Monday 15th April - 10.30 am
Learning to practice mindfulness is one of the most effective things you can do to enable you to improve and enjoy all aspects of your life more with less stress, depression and anxiety in your daily life.
Mindfulness helps you to be aware of the present moment, instead of worrying about past or future events and circumstances. It involves paying attention to your thoughts and feelings in a way that increases your ability to manage difficult situations and make choices which are more beneficial and advantageous.
With Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness, the decision to start practicing mindfulness couldn’t be simpler; you can complete the course on your phone, tablet or computer, it's easy-to-follow, and in a few weeks you'll be rewarded with mindfulness skills that last a lifetime!
You will be guided compassionately in each weekly online session by an experienced Mindfulness Association approved tutor. After each weekly online session you will receive a course manual and audios to help you develop, step by step, a mindfulness practice in your daily life.
