We got lots of requests to hold a Christmas themed mindfulness community get together in Duns as we do in the other towns successfully each year.
And so we're delighted to be now holding the Duns 2024 Christmas Mindfulness Community Get Together on Wednesday, 11th December.
It may be grey and cold outside but at the Christmas Mindfulness Community Get Together you'll find only a warm, bright, friendly, welcome accompanied with an abundance of good food, fun and presence.
Come and meet those you learned your mindfulness skills with, get support and give support, have fun.
