This Inner Harmony Retreat Day is being offered to people over the age of 17.

The day will start at 9.30 am and finish at 5.00 pm.

The venue is open from 9.30 am to allow you the opportunity to enjoy a healthy and free continental style breakfast in the company of like-minded people.

​There is no fixed fee required for participation on this Inner Harmony Retreat Day which would typically cost £120.

As an alternative, we invite you to make a donation to Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness. This will be used to provide high-quality, Free-of-Charge Mindfulness courses to the public within the Scottish Borders that remove the financial barriers to participating. Please choose your own donation amount which recognises what you can afford at this time, and the quality of the event.
