MINDFULLY SHARING TREASURE COURSE
Planting seeds of presence, one treasure at a time

You’ve Found Your Treasure. Now, How About Learning to Share It?

Picture
Learn how to share mindfulness with your family, friends, colleagues, or even people unknown to you.

This exclusive 6-week Mindfully Sharing Treasure Course (MSTC) will teach you how to weave mindfulness into the lives of those you care about through your hobbies.

On the Mindfully Sharing Treasure Course you will be taught by the experienced mindfulness teachers Vin Harris, Martha Pollard, Karen Baird, and Brian Turnbull, on how to share the transformative benefits of mindfulness with others and help cultivate peace in our world.

On completion of this course you will be certified by Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness as being competent in the sharing of mindfulness skills with others who want to experience the benefits of mindfulness for themselves.

Participation in the MSTC is free to
those who have completed the Mindfulness Based Living Course.

From Personal Practice to Sharing Wisdom

You know the deep, transformative personal benefits of the 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course that you found.
You’ve experienced and embraced the shift in your wellbeing, your focus, and your heart.
But how often have you wished you could share that "treasure" with a struggling friend, a stressed colleague, or a curious family member?

The Mindfully Sharing Treasure Course (MSTC) is a brand-new, 6-week course designed to bridge the gap between practicing mindfulness and sharing mindfulness so that the benefits can spread throughout the world.

We won't just teach you to be a guide; we will teach you how to weave mindfulness into the skills and hobbies you already possess — whether that’s basket weaving, crocheting, dancing, gardening, painting, woodworking, hiking, or whatever your pursuit is.

6 Weeks to Confidence and Clarity

The Mindfully Sharing Treasure Course curriculum is built on "Four Pillars of Mindful Sharing," ensuring you can offer mindfulness to others with integrity, safety, and joy.

  • Weeks 1 & 2: Finding Your Mindful Voice. Learn the art of being in the moment while sharing simple mindfulness practices in an inviting way.
  • Weeks 3 & 4: The Art of the "Weave." Discover how to integrate sensory anchors into your specific hobby, pastime or craft.
  • Week 5: Inspiring Others. Learn how to introduce mindfulness to "beginners" and skeptics using your own story and expert resources.
  • Week 6: The Courage to Share. Cultivate beneficial, ethical boundaries and the "graceful pivot" required to keep your mindfulness sharing safe and supportive.
