More and more, mindfulness is being adopted to enhance our personal well-being, including the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression. 

As such it is now taught in many public spaces such as schools and universities, businesses, healthcare, sport, and the emergency services.

Hundreds of people have participated in our Mindfulness courses and told us that they have transformed their life through them. Right now due to the Coronavirus pandemic it's just not possible for people to come along to a course in their town!

That's why we've made our mindfulness courses available online, so that no matter where you are, no matter what else is going on, you can take a pause, take a little time out, and learn to practice mindfulness for the benefit of your well-being.

Our Online Mindfulness course follows the popular 'Mindfulness Based Living Course' curriculum as developed by the UK Mindfulness Association.

The weekly Online course sessions are suitable for anyone over 18 years of age who is looking to learn mindfulness, and who wishes to spend a little time out of their busy week opening up their awareness to the here and now.
You will be guided compassionately during each weekly online session by an experienced Mindfulness Association approved tutor.

Once you register for a course, we'll drop you an email prior to the first online class commencing with all the details of how to join each weekly online class session.

We will even give you guidance on the phone, ensuring that a proficiency in technical computer skills is not needed to join the weekly online course sessions. You can participate in our Online Mindfulness Course sessions along with our experienced Mindfulness tutors on your phone, tablet or computer. You decide.

Practicing mindfulness meditations can be extremely beneficial in reducing stress, building resilience, and gaining a sense of balance in what’s normally a very busy week. Every human being has the potential to be mindful. It is a quality inherently present in everyone, but for various reasons often not fully cultivated.

The benefits of this Online Mindfulness Based Living Course are personal and global, from enhancing emotional and physical well-being, boosting happiness, reducing anxiety and depression, along with improving relationships as we connect more authentically with others.
