Our mindfulness courses are available online during the Coronavirus pandemic, so that no matter where you are, no matter what else is going on, you can take a pause, take a little time out, and learn to practice mindfulness for the benefit of your well-being.

Our Online Mindfulness courses follow the popular 'Mindfulness Based Living Course' curriculum as developed by the UK Mindfulness Association.

We regularly provide courses for children and adults who in learning mindfulness, wish to spend a little time out of their busy week opening up their awareness to the here and now. An experienced Mindfulness Association approved tutor will compassionately guide you during each weekly online session.
