With sports clubs shut down, activities curtailed, and schools closed across the UK amidst the current coronavirus crisis, and families encouraged to stay at home and self-isolate, it can be a challenging time for a lot of children.

Being confined to the house without interaction with friends can lead to children getting bored, agitated, restless, and stressed. With the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak happening around them, many children may also be feeling confused and frightened. It’s a worrying, anxious time for adults, never mind our children, with none of us having experienced anything like this before.

That’s why Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness has launched a ‘Live’ Online 5-week mindfulness course for pre-teens.

Designed for 7 to 12 year-old children, the 'live' online 5-week mindfulness course for pre-teens follows a well-planned mindfulness curriculum with superb resources to help your child manage stress and anxiety. Your children will learn mindful techniques in weekly 1-hour sessions from our experienced mindfulness tutor, and are encouraged to practice off-line at home with professional audio and animation on your/their mobile devices, tablet or computer.

To ensure the online protection of your child, a condition of participation in this 5-week mindfulness course is that all pre-teen children must be accompanied by an adult family member.  A number of other safeguarding policies are in place for this 'live' Online 5-week mindfulness course for pre-teens. You can email to peer2peermindfulness@gmail.com to read these before registering.

Booking a place on this 'live' Online 5-week mindfulness course for pre-teens entitles any number of family members to participate.

Once you book a course place, we will send you an email prior to the first online session commencing with the session 'Password' and all the details of how to join each weekly online class session. You and your children can participate in our Online Mindfulness Course sessions along with our experienced mindfulness tutor on your phone, tablet or computer. You decide.
