You are invited to join us online for a special evening of gentle and nourishing mindfulness meditation training which can help us all stay calm in the midst of the storm.

Fear, and the stress it generates within us can block our compassion for self and others by causing us to disconnect from the present moment. If we’re not mindful of our fear, it will overwhelm us and that’s rarely a good thing. The irony is that fear only has whatever power we unconsciously decide to give it. Our energy follows our focus.

When we face something threatening such as a fast-moving Coronavirus virus, it’s normal to be afraid amidst all the uncertainty of these unprecedented times. So we have to remember to cultivate and conserve our own energy so that we can be the best we can be for those we love.

We can use all the tools and skills learned from the 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course to ground ourselves in presence during this extremely challenging time. Our mindfulness practice can help us mitigate the fear and uncertainty.

In these Tuesday night mindfulness sessions we will be developing the skills and techniques learned on the 8-week MBLC course. Our Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness Community will be meeting up together on Tuesday 6th APRIL (6.45 pm for 7 pm Start) via the internet app 'Zoom' enabling you to participate from the comfort of your own home.

Once you book your place on the session you will be sent a password which will give you access to the live group broadcast. I look forward to meeting you there.
