Join us for this Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness Spring walk in the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside. Everyone is welcome: mindfulness walking is suitable for both adults and children. The walk will include a period of formal mindfulness practice, a guided nature connection exercise, as well as periods of silence where we will take in the scenes and sensations of nature.
With the guidance of the teacher, we will learn how to bring the qualities of mindfulness to our experience outdoors and engage all of our senses to connect with nature mindfully.
Spring is the season of new beginnings. Fresh buds bloom, animals awaken and the earth seems to come to life again. As the weather changes and the spring sun brings new life in each present moment, so does our perspective.
Springtime, in particular, is a wonderful time to become more aware of the growth and life that surrounds us and is us.
On our mindfulness walk we learn to ground ourselves, step into thepresent moment, and reconnect with the spirit and elements of the season as we move.
There is no cost for this event although any donation you may wish to provide towards its costs will be greatly appreciated.
