At Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness, we understand that, for some, group situations are not the optimal way to learn, or, due to work, family commitments or distance, it's not always practical for some people to attend a public group course, and it’s for this reason that we offer private 1-2-1 mindfulness training just for you.
Normally we offer 1-2-1 mindfulness courses throughout the Scottish Borders. Currently, due to social distancing safeguards during the Coronavirus pandemic, these popular mindfulness courses are delivered online.
Within our personal online 1 - 2 - 1 mindfulness sessions, you will be expertly guided in your mindfulness training journey, feel motivated & encouraged, and supported on a very personal level.
More so, we can tailor our session to your specific requirements and individual coaching can help you explore new, constructive and creative ways of making choices and managing situations.
1-2-1 Mindfulness tailored to suit you
Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness offers a range of one-to-one mindfulness training and support. Working one-to-one is personalised; you will be able to focus on your goals, at a pace and time that suits you.
You will be supported in developing and deepening your mindfulness practice and bringing the skills and strategies of mindfulness into your day-to-day life.
Whether your aim is to learn mindfulness for personal development in your relationships, work, studies or sport, or generally for helping with stress, anxiety, or depression, each one to one session will be tailored to your specific situation and requirements. For your comfort, one to one mindfulness meditation sessions can be held online or in-person.

One to One Mindfulness Options
We offer a range of possible course options for you, or your family, including:
The full 8-week Mindfulness based Living course (8 x 2-hour sessions, guided audio downloads, training manuals and supplementary material) delivered on a personal level.
A mini mindfulness program (4 x 1 hour sessions, offering a core set of exercises, approaches and mindfulness practices to support you to create more mindful moments in daily life).
Individual one-hour mindfulness sessions (simply to create some space from the busy-ness of life and time for resting in a mindfulness practice)
