To see best effects from the training over the medium and long-terms calls for a a design that works with the school teachers and their schedules. We tailor our mindfulness courses to fit with wider school objectives and to sit well alongside pre-existing programmes.
Generally, we deliver mindfulness training courses to groups of up to 16 people meeting once a week for up to eight weeks, each session lasting between 90 minutes to two hours.
