Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness is a Scottish Charity, SC051472, regulated by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). We teach secular mindfulness to the community of the Scottish Borders.
Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness was set up to allow you, regardless of whether you have practised mindfulness before or not, to experience mindfulness in a shared learning environment as a potential benefit to your well-being.
From our base in Kelso, our tutors deliver mindfulness courses and mindfulness based activities in 1-2-1 or group settings to schools, workplaces, care homes, and the wider general public around the Scottish Borders.
As part of our commitment to the local community we offer a number of Free courses throughout the year to the general public ensuring that financial ability is not a obstacle to anyone receiving the benefits of mindfulness.

Mission Statement Peer 2 peer Mindfulness’s mission is to be a leader within the Scottish Borders community in providing high quality Mindfulness courses to individuals who may not have the financial means to be able to obtain the benefits mindfulness can provide.
We aim to enable and nurture a growing community of secular mindfulness practitioners from all walks of life by inspiring people to live and work according to mindfulness principles, for the sustained well-being of the Scottish Borders and society as a whole. We wish to empower under served individuals through mindfulness and other transformative skills to gain self-awareness, confidence, self-regulation and resilience, leading to increased likelihood of sustained well-being.
How will we achieve our mission? We aspire to be a hub for information and innovation in secular mindfulness within the Scottish Borders by developing our core services: Provision of ‘Free of charge 8 week mindfulness courses’; Signposting to quality information about mindfulness; Mindfulness consultancy and evaluation, training and CPD; and increasing public understanding of mindfulness.
