As a registered charity, we offer free-of-charge participation in our 8-week MindSense course as a way of ensuring that financial ability is not a obstacle to anyone receiving the valuable, life-changing benefits the course provides.

This course is specifically designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30.
You will be guided during each weekly session by an experienced course tutor.
