With You As A Member, We Can Make A Massive Difference

We teach mindful ways to replace stress with more kindness and happiness in life.
Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness is a registered charity (SC051472) teaching secular mindfulness to the community of the Scottish Borders.

We provide free-of-charge, high quality, secular mindfulness courses to the general public, to ensure that an individual's financial situation does not restrict them from receiving the stress relieving benefits that mindfulness provides.

Ambassador membership

Everyone has the potential to make a difference to the life of others and our Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness Ambassadors are the heartbeat of our charity.

Ambassador members enable us to fulfill our mission in ensuring that we increase access to mindfulness courses which enhance mental health well-being in our community.

Whether someone’s favourite hat to wear is philanthropy, fundraising, storytelling, grassroots organising, advocating, or social media amplification, the actions they take make a big statement - that mental well-being everywhere, really matters.

Ambassadors can enrich their own well-being while making a difference to others by bringing mindful life skills to more people.

PURPOSE of PEER 2 PEER MINDFULNESS ‘AMBASSADOR’ MEMBERS
