All of our experienced mindfulness tutors have been trained by the UK Mindfulness Association and meet the guiding principles developed to promote good practice in teaching mindfulness-based courses.
Mindfulness courses are intended to teach people mindfulness in ways that can help with physical and psychological health problems and ongoing life challenges. These guidelines cover secular mindfulness-based programs taught in mainstream settings, normally over eight weeks.
Please get in touch with Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness should you feel that one of our team of experienced mindfulness and compassion tutors could be a help for you, or your organisation.
Brian Turnbull:
As a co-founder and trustee of Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness, Brian is both a perpetual student and devoted teacher of mindfulness and self compassion. For over 30 years he has been studying the art of reaching his own fullest potential.
Brian is known for his warmth and real-talk style, deeply rooted in self-compassion and loving kindness. He combines his lived experiences from difficult childhood, athletics, entrepreneur and father with extended time studying and practicing mindfulness to create his own tangible, caring and empowering style.
Brian's openhearted, inclusive, and secular teachings foster safe, transformative, inner and interpersonal connections for those who invite him onto their journey of learning mindfulness.
Through numerous group courses for businesses, organisations, educational facilities, and sports clubs, or private 1-2-1 sessions, Brian is known for compassionately guiding hundreds of people to build psychological freedom so that they can live more meaningful, authentic, fulfilling and happier lives. By learning to be mindful, we can all settle our minds, calm painful emotions, release tension, build self compassion, and smile more often.
