Let The Sun Shine In!
Clouds and rain have been preventing the sun from shining on us a lot during July. Something we have no control over.
We do though have control over whether the frequent dark clouds of the mind can stop us feeling the warmth of our inner sunshine.
Simply practicing paying attention to the present moment can provide a powerful source of energy for our lives. Mindfulness is a source of energy that is renewable with each breath, in each moment.
In recognition of this we're providing you with an opportunity to cultivate warmth in your inner environment through the power of group practice by inviting you to come along to the Hawick Mindfulness Community Get Together.
Come and meet those you learned your mindfulness skills with, get support and give support.
