It's understandable that life can sometimes pull us away from practicing mindfulness.
if you've found your mindfulness practice slipping, please know that you're not alone. It's incredibly common for the momentum of mindfulness to wane when practicing on your own at home.
Any uncomfortable feelings you might have about practicing- guilt, failure, shame - are shared by many others. They're part of being human - suffering.
Easing suffering is why you are warmly invited to rejoin our supportive mindfulness community of people, many returning just like you, and others, just like you, knowing suffering.
