Mindfulness Drop-In Sessions

Picture
Be like the rain falling non-judgementally in to the lily pond, when you drop-in regularly to to these sessions there is opportunity to grow as a person just like the lotus flower grows out from the deep dark mud to embrace the sun.

The Drop-In Sessions are a great way to be in touch with others who are practicing mindfulness, and also of course, to help keep your practice alive.
There is no charge for the sessions, although obviously it does cost money to run it, so any donations are very gratefully received. Tea and biscuits are provided when you arrive and at the end.

Mindfulness can bring calmness to our minds, increase resilience, and improve our emotional well-being.

Please see our EVENTS LISTING for the dates of the next Peer 2 Peer Mindfulness Drop-In Session in Hawick, Galashiels or Kelso.
